Who we are

Troy Garland is a sole proprietorship licensed in over 40 states. Troy Lee Garland, P.E., S.E. is the owner and principal engineer. Troy brings more than 20 years of experience to the benefit of his clients. Troy has a wealth of experience in the design of steel, wood and concrete structures. He also has a great deal of experience with cable structures like zip lines, ropes courses and cable bridges. Troy has worked on commercial and residential projects throughout his career and is ready to help with your next project whether larger or small.

Troy's goal is to use his experience to achieve safe and economical solutions for his client’s structural problems while adhering to the time requirements of the project. He seeks to earn trust by offering the highest level of service while holding a high ethical standard.
